Job Summary:
The Account Representative will be responsible for contacting and soliciting the renewal of clients in all North America for several different product lines. Additional responsibilities include working with the regional sales teams to bring added value as a customer advocate and resource, maintaining client records and conducting various operational and customer-facing projects to improve the relationship and overall experience of the customer.
Responsibilities:
This individual will contact clients 90 days in advance of contract renewal to:
•Re-sell, cross-sell, and up-sell service and products
•Qualify billing information such as contact name, address, service levels, purchase orders, and intent to renew
•If changes are required, make the necessary adjustments in Access by reporting the changes to Accounting for the generation and sending the actual invoices to client
The Account Representative will also perform various Client facing projects such as:
•Work with our clients to update their pricing to current offerings
•Resolving customer satisfaction issues
•Coordinate technical and billing issues with the appropriate internal departments in order to bring the most efficient resolution to customers
The Account Representative will also:
•Maintain all pertinent customer information via the computer. This includes documentation of calls, meetings, notes, key contacts, pricing agreements, proposals and historical buying information
•Work with other functions to ensure all changes are communicated timely and are completed within contractual guidelines
•Perform account reconciliations and account summaries upon request
•Prepare reporting on qualification tracking for all territories to management on a weekly basis – provide visibility on high profile accounts

REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
•3-5 Years of experience in developing and maintaining long-term, and strategic, customer relationships and fulfilling expectations
•Strong presentation and negotiation skills
•Successful track record of working independently
•Strong comprehension and selling technical services/software
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent Phone skills
Education:Bachelor's degree & understanding of general billing practices and client services required
