Account Representative / Sales

General Description
Our fast pace office facilitates client requests for live theatrical
and entertainment events in the metro area. We are looking for a highly
motivated telephone sales agent who can lead us in growing our business
by furthering our relationships with existing clientele.
Responsibilities include:
research tickets,
communicate with clients via email and telephone,
assist in normal operations of our business. Including preparing
faxes, typing documents, preparing spreadsheets etc

REQUIREMENTS
Great Phone skills a must. Looking for a canidate with great typing skills and a great personality. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Quicken a plus Applicants must also show a strong work ethic and responsibility to handle multiple tasks and coordinate advertising, scheduling and jobs with other office employees. Hours required are 9am-6pm Monday- Friday and Saturdays.
