Job DescriptionThe Account Manager will work with the Regional Sales Manager to develop overall territory sales plan. Forecast all market activity for assigned territory via map system. Penetrate competitive accounts and obtain clean orders at the best possible price. Work within assigned expense guidelines while meeting or exceeding order volume targets and individual assigned objectives. This position will be responsible for the overall relationship between PMSNA and all appropriate contacts at specific accounts. Represent specific PMSNA products at these accounts and inform accounts of product features and trends by maintaining technical knowledge in assigned product lines. Track order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to ensure equipment installation is completed in an orderly and timely manner. Share sales leads as well as sales intelligence with other product line sales representatives. Interface with Service to help ensure high customer satisfaction, including appropriate involvement with equipment turnover. Assist with accounts receivable matters when required. Complete any special tasks or duties assigned by the Area and/or Regional Sales Manager. Responsible for maintaining and increasing PMSNA customer good will in assigned territory.Philips is an equal opportunity employer.

Experience Requirements:
Preferred ProfileCandidates to be considered will have 2-3 years of medical capital equipment sales experience and the ability to drive and grow business in the assigned territory. Must have a full understanding of the healthcare field and strong account management experience as well as, technical and clinical experience. Ideal candidate will have financial selling skills and the ability to develop and implement a sales strategy. We are looking for a candidate who is tenacious, resilient, persuasive, and who can take initiative. Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, analysis, and presentation skills are paramount to success in this position. BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
