The Account Manager will be part of a sales team and responsible for coordinating the launch of advertising campaigns, managing client relationships through day-to-day contact with the client, looking for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell clients, assisting with prospecting, ensuring clients receive superior customer service, and renewing accounts. This individual will be involved in managing all aspects of campaigns in accordance with the objectives of clients and the territory revenue goal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage daily contact with clients within territory
• Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
• Coordinate with designated Account Executive and District Sales Manager to provide information regarding the status of a campaign or projects related to a campaign
• Provide campaign reporting to clients
• Qualify leads and prospective new clients
• Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations
• Prepare strategies for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients
• Obtain performance metrics from the client to reconcile delivery and billing
• Communicate with Agencies, Clients, Regional Directors, Operations, and Traffic Control to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery, and invoicing
• Act as primary communication link to Delivery

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding telephone skills
• Ability to learn basic sales skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients.
• Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines when work speed and sustained accuracy are paramount.
• Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a territory team.


Experience:
• Bachelors degree
• 1-3 years experience
• Or relevant combination of education and experience.
