Account Leader
BASIC FUNCTIONThis position leads the development of integrated marketing communications plans assisting the business group in achieving their business goals and objectives. This position is responsible for all aspects of the Interiors Group communications initiatives, and advises, facilitates and plans communications programs and materials in support of the Interiors business strategies.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the development and execution of advertising related initiatives in support of the Interiors Group strategies.Responsible for monitoring budget activity and ensuring on budget performance.Serve as the key point of contact for Interiors group businesses. Touchpoint for initiatives, concepts and plan/strategy approval.Work in partnership with mid-level and executive management to develop and implement integrated communications strategies. Collaborates with Communications and business leadership to develop a clear vision for future strategies in Interiors communications.Maintain a close and supportive working relationship with representatives of the marketing group(s) that the department supports.Stay up-to-date on developments in the business units and their industries, as well as the field of communications and marketing.Plan and coordinate the development of communications for the client with the client. This includes, but is not limited to:Coordinating, directing, and monitoring work from Kohler's internal Creative, Production, and Photography-A/V departments.Facilitate the development of merchandising, advertising and promotional projects for business units, which promote brand and product exposure and stimulate sales.Assist the marketing clients in coordinating, directing, and monitoring external creative work performed by advertising agencies, designers, photographers, A/V houses, film houses, and printers.Coordinating, directing, and monitoring external customer's requirements, needs, and efforts.Responsible for developing communications initiatives that are on brand, on time and on budget.Attend and actively participate in trade shows and other marketing events.Manage and coach staff which supports Interiors Group initiatives.Fundamental Characteristics:Organized

Must be a strategic thinker, team player and a good communicator.
