Account Executive & Sales Representatives – Direct/Inside Sales

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for experienced, tech-savvy professional sales personnel who can effectively target, prospect and secure new customers for our On-Demand Document Management service. Qualified individuals must have the ability to demonstrate a consultative sales approach, be proactive and have a take-charge, entrepreneurial spirit in our high-growth start-up environment where integrity and self-motivation is a must.
SpringCM is hiring sales personnel of different levels to compliment our current sales team; in addition to the skills/qualifications listed below we are looking for individuals with:
2-4 years experience - Mid Market selling experience is helpful, although not required.
4+ years experience - Mid Market selling experience is critical as well strong qualification skills within a consultative sales approach.
Most important is someone excited about joining an early-stage, venture capital backed Internet Company, is a team player, and is motivated to help build the business and company.
REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
•Significant experience closing new business and accounts stemming from lead generation of all types (following up on trade show prospects, cold calls, web marketing results, etc)
•The ability to both “farm” and “hunt”
•Relationship management with customers
•Able to sell to all levels within organizations – C level and below
•Ability to quickly assess customer qualification and allocate your time appropriately
•Ability to understand customer's industry, core business processes, and strategic direction. From that identify the document and content management problems they are facing and position our solution.
•Ability to understand and describe how SpringCM solutions and features solve customer needs
•Work with Marketing & Engineering on new product functions & releases
Qualifications:
•Familiarity with web-based, on-demand software solutions
•Document or Content management would be a real plus, as well as experience with the following companies: EMC/Documentum, Stellent, Open Text, Interwoven, IBM Content Management, etc
•Business to Business Sales Experience
•Outstanding communications skills
•Self motivated, self directed, and self confident
•History of achieving/exceeding sales quotas/goals
•Strong Internet and computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel)
Base salary plus commission based on closed/paid deals.
