Job Description:

This position will be responsible for selling full service staffing solutions to active, inactive and prospect client companies by penetrating and building relationships. Compensation includes a Base + Commission and an excellent benefits package!



Responsible for strong relationship building, presentation, prospecting, and closing proficiency. Individual must be able to CLOSE and move on to the next opportunity. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling new business and managing a prospect base using a consultative selling approach.



Preference will be given to candidates that have experience selling staffing services

·Understanding of the consulting, Temp – Temp To Hire, Direct Hire, and solution business models
Possess a positive “can do” attitude
Ability to quickly develop relationships that lead to business
Must have new account development experience
Track record of meeting and exceeded objectives
Flexible work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
