CareersUSA, a 25-year-old prominent, national staffing service, is seeking an Account Executive / Recruiter for its Baltimore, MD office.

As the Account Executive / Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

The identification, pursuit and acquisition of new business through prospecting, written correspondence, email campaigning, and cold calling.
Appointment setting.
Interviewing job candidates.
Job placement.
Checking references.
Coordinating applicants with client requirements.
Attendance at recruitment events.
Developing strategy for seeking and implementing new methods of employee recruitment.

Administrative skills needed include:
