Account Executive - Media Acquisition

At Marketing Architects we are able to get inside the minds of our radio partners unlike any other firm. Because of this, we are able to provide our partners with working solutions that both grows their business and strengthens our relationships simultaniously. We currently have over 2000 radio partners stretching across the country and our department goal is to expand that list to over 5000 stations by the end of next year! Therefore, we are looking for a proven performer, with the vision and stamina to join our team as we drive our one-of-a-kind model into new and uncharted territories. We are offering a highly-driven individual the opportunity to change the world of radio as an Account Executive on our Media Team. We don’t just buy media; we create and implement never before seen ideas that impact our affiliate partner’s bottom line. This opportunity will focus on presenting our existing and future solutions to the national radio industry.

Learn and master Marketing Architects Product Line as it applies to the national radio industry.
Immerse yourself in the radio industry in a never ending pursuit to become a media expert.
Develop key insights from the front line.
Introduce new innovative products to the national radio industry.
Design strategies to identify and develop new and existing opportunities.
Execute those strategies utilizing our multiple product approach.
Overcome challenges and objections.
Manage and grow existing media accounts.
REQUIREMENTS

Entrepreneurial mindset combined with solid sales and account management discipline.
Must demonstrate an insane drive and certifiable passion for cracking open, managing, and growing new and existing customer relationships.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Clear. Persuasive. A good listener.
4-6 years sales and or account management experience.
Strong knowledge of Advertising and Media dynamic.
Strong sales and marketing background.
Strong organizational skills.
