Account Executive- Database Marketing
SUMMARY
Coordinates scheduling, processing and delivery of client projects, including documents and reports. Program work should be performed efficiently and information clearly communicated, so that the programs are completed to the client’s satisfaction, in relation to deadlines, accuracy, and quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
?Manage delivery of reports and documents to the client, under the direction of the Account Director.
?Assists in the development of production schedules for current and planned projects that meet client deadlines.
?Logs jobs and trafficking activity in database or on production schedule and maintains job files of project materials.
?Monitors program status in relation to client budget. Notifies Account Director of any issues related to maintaining accurate budget.
?Routes materials in various stages for approval by client and Account Director.
?Tracks competitive data and performs client background research.
?Coordinates efforts with vendors to obtain checks, direct mail, literature, etc.
?Maintains some direct contact with the client, although this is minimal.
?Provides weekly status report to Account Director.
?Assist in development and training of Account Support staff who perform program functions.
?Performs other duties and responsibilities under the direction of the Account Director or Senior Account Executive.
?Execute support functions for account service, details related to program(s), which may include providing service to the clients’ existing customers, prospecting new customers, handle high level customer care questions from Program Operations, and coordinating data entry and fulfillment projects with the internal Program Operations department.

?Intermediate Kknowledge of computers MS Office Products including Excel and Access.and database functions.
?High attention to detail and ability to multi-task and re-prioritize.
?High-level customer service skills, such as recognizing clients’ needs, responding promptly to requests, professionalism, etc.
?Excellent telephone customer service skills.
?Strong organizational ability.
?Time management skills are necessary to ensure that client and account team responses are accurate and timely.
?Ability to work in team environment and adapt to change is critical.
?Ability to deal with criticism from the client and maintain a professional attitude.
?Ability to learn quickly and consistently grow professionally.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
?Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or related field required.
?Strongly prefer experience in a service industry, with direct exposure to Clients/ customers.
?Computer: MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook requiredAccess.
?Prefer experience with relational database.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to articulately communicate ideas and thoughts, and ability to produce a well-written report, which is grammatically correct and also creative. Must be able to develop and foster strong working relationships with team members and clients.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Must possess logical thought and process development abilities.
