Counsel customers on the features and benefits of our organization, i.e. price, product, service and technology. Maintain a high rate of visibility with clients as well as broker community.Essential Duties:

Develop and build relationships with high quality brokers

Support a broker's growth by educating them on our product, price and service
Explain benefits of technology with our organization with our customers

Maximize opportunities in assigned marketplaces

Ability to use computer systems to input, output, access or modify information or to execute programs or analyses
Manage business with Act and Microsoft office
Responsible for production standards establish by BNC Mortgage (BNC)

Provide weekly assessment reports

Pre-qualifing loans with accuracyJob Requirements
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

2-3 years mortgage industry experience required

Field Mortgage sales experience preferred
Ability to understand BNC underwriting guidelines

Complete understanding of loan process from submission to funding

Knowledge of mortgage industry and competition

Demonstrated sales skills and effective communication

Knowledge of company products and programsWorking Conditions:
Daily Travel/ Field Sales
