Trace Communications, LLC, is an open-book management firm located in the Paradise Valley area in northeast Phoenix, Arizona. We specialize in large volume printing and mailing for businesses across the U.S. through direct mail pieces and newspaper inserts.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable ;
Working in a company that is experiencing rapid growth
Prospecting newspaper groups in a business-to-business setting
Processing and fulfilling orders from clients
Making presentations over the phone to key decision makers
Daily communications via phone to meet existing clients' needs
Continuing to aggressively prospect for new clients while existing client base steadily grows
Working from a professional office of a small company and traveling very infrequently
Nurturing relationships with new clients by offering excellent customer service to increase buyer loyalty
Preparing custom pricing proposals to various clients based on customers' individual needs
Position requirements include:
Willingness to prospect for new business via phone
Team attitude, outgoing personality, & professionalism
Attention to detail & pleasant tone of voice
Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel and Internet research
Desire to work with people over the phone to ensure client satisfaction
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Time management & organizational skills
Compensation: Salary - $30,000, plus a percentage of accounts one sells/closes and excellent benefits package.
