ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

We are a world renowned civil rights/human relations organization dedicated to combating bias seeking a multi-talented experienced development professional to serve as Associate Director of Development in our San Francisco Regional Office.The responsibilities of the position include managing all facets of a rapidly growing campaign including donor identification and cultivation; face to face solicitation; event planning and implementation; and legacy/endowment/planned giving. The person will be expected to develop strategies to encourage new gifts and enhance and increase current donor contributions.
REQUIREMENTS
We require a BA degree, plus 5-7 years of demonstrated fundraising experience, including special events and campaign planning and development, grant writing, data management, and donor cultivation and solicitation. major gifts solicitation experience with excellent writing skills and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
