ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE

Westchester real estate organization is seeking an acquisition associate to work directly with principals in finding and consummating various types of significant size property acquisitions and refinancings in the metropolitan NYC area. Successful candidate will be part of a small team and deeply involved in the evaluation of acquisitions and coordination with lenders, partners and outside attorneys. Other responsibilities will include coordination with title insurance companies, preparing or reviewing closing documents and the responsibility for seeing that transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner. A minimum of 2-3 years experience with acquisitions of substantial properties and refinancing transactions with a real estate organization or law firm is essential.
