ACCOUNT MANAGER - CREATA INTERACTIVE
Creata Interactive, the interactive division of Creata (USA) Inc., a global promotional marketing and premiums manufacturing firm, is a comprehensive interactive media agency. We design integrated media solutions – Web Sites, Digital Video Applications, Interactive Gaming/Advergaming, CD-ROMs, Kiosks and Corporate Sales and Marketing Support – that maximize the synergy between digital technologies and the creative spirit.
For over 30 years, we have worked with global brands to design, develop and manufacture products for retail and promotion. Additionally, we conceive, design and implement promotional marketing programs and games as well as provide global logistics and fulfillment services. Over the past several years, as technology and interactive media solutions have become more prevalent, we established a full-service interactive media production facility. With these tools and capabilities, we now offer a broad array of integrated promotional and marketing services to our global clients.
Creata Interactive has a growth opportunity for an Interactive Strategist with 3+ years of online sales and project management experience. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a strong desire to learn, a passion for technology, has the ability to think strategically, as well as the ability to successfully interact with internal account teams and clients.
As Account Manager you will work on multiple Internet and new media projects and be responsible for bringing an interactive perspective to all appropriate projects. You’ll work closely with internal and external client representatives to ensure that interactive elements are being suitably considered within all agency engagements. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet clients’ stated objectives.
You will be responsible for the overall project success, from project kick-off through completion. You will be required to develop a detailed project schedule, manage project scope—including documenting change requests, facilitate project meetings—including requirements gathering and design meetings, review all project deliverables for quality and accuracy, maintain project documentation, communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders, and identify project risk. You may also be required to create project documents such as proposals, specifications documents, and test plans.
REQUIREMENTS
·3+ years managing projects from conception thru development
·3+ years in the Internet/New Media industry and ability to converse effectively about technical issues
·Full understanding of Internet/New Media project development process from requirements gathering to release
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management
·Demonstrated team leadership &/or participation abilities
·Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
·Build and maintain strong client relationships
·B.A. degree in Business Management, Business Administration or similar field
·Experience with content management systems and web development environments (preferred)
