Covance Clinical Pharmacology assists clients in the early clinical development process. We explore the viability of bringing new molecular entities (NMEs) to market. For over 30 years, Covance has helped its clients successfully manage the transition from nonclinical to Phase I and IIa clinical development. Review and evaluate protocols and provide clinical and scientific support as needed.
Discuss medical design aspects with monitor/sponsor as needed. Attend study initiation meetings.
Perform pre-study physical exams and review lab data to ensure volunteers are medically and mentally fit upon entering the study.
Perform on-study and post-study physical exams to ensure physical and mental well being of volunteers is undiminished at the end of the study.
Administer test article to the subject, or delegate this to nursing staff where appropriate.
Review and sign CRFs as needed.
Act as Principal Investigator/Co-Investigator as assigned by the Medical Director.This position is located in Honolulu, HI.
