If you are an experienced clinical professional with a desire to use your pharmacoeconomics research experience in a new way, we invite you to bring your knowledge to our highly skilled, academically-oriented research team. As a Sr. Researcher in our Health Informatics and Outcomes Research group, you would effectively translate research into sound clinical and business decision-making in the therapeutics field. In addition, you would collaborate on publications and play a key role in improving the quality of the programs that our members receive. Our Irvine, CA site offers an ideal work environment and all the perks that come from working with an industry leader.



Primary responsibilities include:


Conducting research projects from hypothesis development to results dissemination


Collaborating with project team members (e.g., business stakeholder, clinician, epidemiologist, economist, statistician/analyst) to complete research


Preparing research proposals, analytical plans and research protocols


Interpreting and presenting results


Developing and managing multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner


Job Requirements:

The chosen candidate must have a clinical degree at the Master's level or higher (PharmD highly preferred). Prior experience in pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research is required. Extensive research project experience is a plus. A therapeutics background is ideal. Strong quantitative research skills and experience conducting multidisciplinary studies involving observational study design/methodology, electronic data (claims/encounters, medical records), economic modeling, retrospective claims analysis and program evaluation is preferred. Computer proficiency is a must.
