to provide financial and business support to US Discovery and Preclinical departments in Bridgewater, Cambridge and TucsonDuties & Responsibilities:
1. budgeting, forecasting, monthly actuals reporting and variance analysis
2. process and track AEDs through management approval
3. monthly G/L closing activities, including accruals for AEDs
4. communicate new work flow/ finance processes to clients
5. create and maintain business partner relationships with clients
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Skills:
strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
excellent communication skills
ability to interact with various levels of mgmt.
proficient in Microsoft applications and SAP (preferred)
flexible ability to adapt to changing processes for lead analyst only
ability to work independently and to exercise good judgementEducation/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
