Sr Field Clinical Eng Manager
Shoreview, Minnesota

This position is responsible for the overall management of field-based Field Clinical positions. This includes the budgeting, recruiting, hiring, training, developing cost control, and overall management field clinical organization. This position will partner with the Department Director to establish metrics to assess progress with site activation, enrollment objectives and overall study management progress. This position partners with in-house Research Management and field organizations to prioritize pre-market and FDA mandated post-market projects, monitor their implementation and ensure the highest quality execution and overall center/study success.
