Sr Department Specialist/Coordinator - Corporate Community Relat

This position supports the community relations and work/life team and is pivotal to the implementation and communication of programs.

Administrative responsibilities include processing contribution requests, invoices, budgets, travel and meetings.
Responsibilities also include publishing and maintenance of the work/life and Best Citizen websites, coordinating work/life webinars, Baxfacts and plasma screen submissions, vanpool ride shares and the DF Mother's Room, Coordination and support of other projects throughout the year (e.g. charitable giving campaign) is also required.
Coordinates events and activities
Produces and analyzes standard and specific reports as needed
May be responsible for budget tracking.
Qualifications
1) Advanced Internet/Intranet skills and strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.2) Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects/workflow and manage time efficiently in order to meet established timelines.
3) Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction from manager and/or supervisor.4) Must be able to proactively improve processes, initiate projects and implement change.5) High school diploma or equivalent required.6) Some college coursework preferred with technical certification in related field.7) Minimum 5+ years in a related field preferred8) Ability to publish, update and maintain websitesAs a global leader dedicated to building the best team in health care, Baxter offers competitive compensation and full benefits.
