Senior Formulations Chemist- Cosmetics- BEST Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing and instantly recognizable name in the cosmetics and personal care industry. They are looking for a Senior Level Formulations Chemist to implement, develop and then expand their natural products line. You will answer to the Director of R&D and the owner of the company! While leading a team of technicians!

Key Skills & Qualities Include:

Works with minimal direction, independently designs experiments and schedules daily work activities

Assist staff with formulation, scope and objectives of assigned projects.

Help define objectives of new projects (developing, implementing, and new technology for natural, organic and organic certified projects.)

Assist in project feasibility and cost analysis regards to timelines.

Assists in developing solutions to a wide range of complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity.

The successful candidates will possess a B.S. or higher degree and at least 2-5 years experience in a team leader role, conducting the majority of activities outlined above.
