We are currently seeking a high-performing sales/recruiting professional to join our KellyDirect team. KellyDirect specializes in the placement of scientific professionals on a direct hire basis to a broad spectrum of industries including: biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food science, consumer products, environmental, medical device, clinical, petrochemical, and clinical research. Kelly Services has been providing direct hire candidates to our customers since our inception in 1946.
The KellyDirect Recruiter is accountable for developing a client base, maintaining customer relationships, and developing a candidate pool. The client base will be developed through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc. The candidate pool will be developed through networking, direct recruiting efforts, referrals, industry affiliation, etc.
Responsibilities:
Increase business volume by developing new customers as well as increasing business within existing accounts. This will involve targeting of potential customers through cold calling, telemarketing and professional networking.
Support business goals by meeting/exceeding individual direct hire billing objectives.
Meet the specific needs of customers by recruiting, evaluating, presenting and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with selected customers and candidates and increase Kelly's profile by attending trade shows, recruiting events and networking opportunities within the local business community.
Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment.
Duties:
Business development (cold/warm calls) and networking to identify prospective employers in need of direct hire services.
Maintain and expand close relationships with existing customer via telemarketing/networking and customer visits using ongoing need determination and continual development of the professional relationship.
Contribute to local sales growth by increasing direct hire billings
Screen, interview and evaluate all potential candidates
Schedule interviews between customers and candidates as appropriate
Prepare customers and candidates for job interview
Follow-up after interviews with both candidates and customers
Present job offer, negotiate, close the transaction, and confirm start date and compensation
Qualifications:
College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of recent inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
