SAS Programmer

Description
Heavy emphasis on SAS programming and analysis. Provide programming, analytic and statistical support for complex clinical data sets. Develop programs in SAS to create customized reports & presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Work with staff to help review data, analyses & reports. Assist in presenting report results to internal and external customers. Communicate with groups within Managed Markets Division to develop analysis plans that are in line with strategic account plans and brand marketing strategy. Prepare analyses for manuscript submission to peer reviewed journals.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or computer science.
Minimum of 3 years experience in SAS programming and analyzing and reporting on complex data sets, preferably medical and pharmacy claims and other health care data sources.
Excellent SAS programming skills including knowledge of SAS statistical procedures as well as SAS Macros, ODS & SAS Graph .Experience working in a UNIX environment .Extremely detail-oriented and with strong documentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills, team-player.
