Quality Assurance Specialist

TITLE: Quality Assurance Specialist
DURATION: Contract to Hire

Our client is looking to add a Quality Assurance Specialist to their staff. The purpose of this position is to ensure that programs and activities are conducted in compliance of all applicable regulations and standards and quality assurance plans by performing audits and inspections. Responsibilities include: Develop and/or assist in the development of SOPs, maintain SOP?s and quality plans and procedure manuals and serve as central point of control for these documents; maintain various databases which may include computer validation packages and systems reviewing the packages for compliance to Guide and SOP?s, the facility records database assuring the collection of these records, the training database, the SOP database; Perform internal facility and technical inspections of the labs and supporting areas to assess regulatory compliance and report findings to management; investigate quality issues or complaints and nonconformance ensuring resolution; Plan and conduct audits as required and generate report of results. This position requires at least an Associate?s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field and at least one year of applicable laboratory experience.Job Requirements
