QC Analyst I

Our client is a Leader in the Pharmaceutical industry and currently has a log term contract position within the Raw Material Laboratory. Candidates with previous Wet Chemistry experience are encouraged to apply. Great group dynamic, looking for a team player!

Job Description
QC Staff
The candidate will perform analytical testing of raw materials in accordance with USP/EP/JP compendia and associated cGMP guidelines. The preferred candidate would have experience with general chemical methods of analysis such as acid-base titrations, gravimetric determinations, pH, extractions, etc. Experience with UV-VIS, FT-IR, or Atomic Absorption spectroscopy techniques/concepts is a plus. Additionally, the candidate should have strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

A BS/BA in Chemistry or related science is desired. A minimum of 1-2 year of analytical experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
