Job Duties:
Eye/Hand Coordination, Inspection Experience, Attention to detail, Assembly, Manual Dexterity, Audit and realease DHR's and SAR's and all documentation related with the manufacturing processes, Understands and is able to use RU system, Audit manufacturing Process Instructions to assembler activities and document observations, Issue numbers, write and follow-up on NCMR's as necessary, Read and Understand ECO and RDC systems, Read and Understand how to trace lots forward and backward, Read and understand how to recall scanned history records and identify pertinent information



Request Notes:
- The QA Technician I has the responsibility and authority to inspect, with minimal supervision, complex parts, to ensure
- Compliance and conformance to established requirements.
Audit manufacturing operations and perform in-process and incoming inspections of all products.
- Performs incoming AQL inspections on all products, identifies and solves root causes of deficiencies.
- Provides in-line inspection training and audits of manufacturing operations performance regarding Quality Systems requirements and production products.
- The candiate will be a floater for QA In Process inspections and Receiving Inspection raw material AQL inspections.
- The working hours will be flexed.
Candidate will work a minimum of 40 hours a week, however the start time will vary between 6AM to 10AM.
REQUIREMENTS
Skill Sets Required:
Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Industry Experience: Greater than 5 Years

Oral Communication: Excellent

Physical Requirements: Lifting 20 - 50 pounds
Walking/Bending/Sitting
Close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus, wearing ANSI approved safety glasses with side shields
Gowning in surgical scrubs

Software Application Knowledge/Light-Industrial: MS Outlook

Written Communication: Legible Handwriting
