Product Surveillance Associate

One of our clients, a leading healthcare company located in the northern suburbs of Illinois is looking for 3 Product Surveillance Associates to join their team immediately.

The position pays 25 - 31.00 dollars an hour based on experience.

Candidates will be responsible for activities surrounding the resolution of post-market complaints associated with retrospective review activities in the Corporate Product Surveillance Department. This individual will be responsible for assessing existing complaints and determining what steps are needed to bring these complaints to closure. These steps may include but are not limited to; gathering outstanding complaint data, coordinating/following-up on sample analysis, compiling/filing all appropriate regulatory documentation, and reviewing adequacy of complaint documentation for subsequent closure. This position will work closely with various functional groups such as: call center, failure analysis, quality response team, CAPA, manufacturing plants, R&QE, product development, marketing and logistics.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
BS degree in a scientific or clinical discipline is required. Position requires the ability to make independent decisions, the demonstration of self-motivation, excellent problem solving and analytical skills and attention to detail. Incumbent must have competent working knowledge of the regulatory requirements associated with complaints, failure investigations, CAPA and regulatory reporting requirements, as well as all required documentation associated with these requirements.
