National Accounts Sales Manager (GPO/IDN)

MUST CURRENLTLY RESIDE IN DALLAS/FT WORTH AND HAVE GPO/IDN EXPERIENCE
PLEASE NO CANDIDATES CURRENTLY EMPLOYED WITH NOVATION/BROADLANE.This field based position will help develop and implement the sales IDN/Health System sales strategy within key GPO customers.The product focus is Ostomy mainly with Select Continence and Wound Care product portfolios a secondary.Key targets within our GPO partner members that are IDN/Health Systems will be the customer focus. Candidate must possess an ability to:
' Establish strong relationships quickly that help facilitate deal closures
' Apply a consultative financial sell within an executive suite environment
' Manage a portfolio of large accounts utilizing a strategic selling model
Key interface points within these accounts would be Senior Management, Materials Management and clinical leadership. Interaction with the field sales and sales management teams to apply sales strategy and contract implementation will be critical (matrix management skills).Additional account responsibility may include management of National Distributor/Prime Vendor customer within portfolio.IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THOSE CANDIDATES!

REQUIREMENTS
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GPO/IDN EXPERIENCE AND CURRENTLY NOT SELLING DISPOSABLES PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. PLEASE NO CANDIDATES CURRENTLY EMPLOYED WITH NOVATION OR BROADLANE.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Eight to Ten years selling experience in the healthcare market. Having been a field sales manager within selling tenure a plus. Key skill requirement points are:' Experience selling within acute care, especially the GPO marketplace important.' Understanding within the IDN/Health System selling process a plus.' Knowledge med surg products and how to position a portfolio important.' Must have good computer skills, especially in utilizing power point and excel.' Must have strong results orientation and a demonstratable track record of effective consultative and strategic selling process and outcomes.
' Strong GPO/IDN contacts a plus
' Experience in selling to distributor customers
' Financial/executive suite sales experience a must
' Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills
required.
