Molecular/Cell Biologist

Conduct R&D on the development and application of sensors for the detection of biological species. Duties: Collaborate in the R&D and applications of biosensors. Develop and apply advanced sample processing methods. Document investigations, report results in presentations and publications.
REQUIREMENTS
Required: M.S. or Ph.D. in cell or molecular biology or related field. Knowledge of biological detection methods and sample preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Good communications skills. Desired: At least 2-3 years relevant work experience, knowledge of pathogen characteristics and host-pathogen interactions. Experience in the iterative testing of biological sensors.

Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.
