The primary purpose of this position is to support the Managed Markets Team using primary market research to guide strategic and tactical decision-making.
Proactive development of specific qualitative and quantitative market research studies to meet the information needs of marketing team based on shifting market dynamics
Creation of integrated summaries of different sources of information including primary and secondary market research as well as other intelligence sources.
Use market knowledge and research expertise to identify patterns within the data, construct highlights and articulate actionable recommendations.
Work directly with marketing and operations teams to proactively identify key information needs and design research to meet those needs.
Evaluation of market research vendors and methodologies.
Day to day vendor management to ensuring high quality timely research deliverables.
Provide both written as well as oral summaries of all research initiatives.
Ability to work in a very fast-paced dynamic environment is critical.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree required.
At least 2-4 years of primary Market research experience desired.
Experience working in managed markets (managed care, long term care, institutional segments) desired.- Experience in any industry either client or vendor side is acceptable
