Job Description: This opportunity is located in the San Francisco Bay Area!
The Director for Medical Affairs should have an advanced medical degree (MD, or DO) and will be a key point of contact for internal medical (Professional Services, Medical Science Liaisons, Vice President of Medical Affairs) and non-medical (Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Sales) 'colleagues as well as a critical link between and external cardiovascular stakeholders (healthcare providers, managed care, professional societies).' The director will be responsible for communicating and exchanging clinical and scientific information to both internal and external customers. In addition, the director will be expected to support the educational needs of non-medical' colleagues including the' Cardiovascular Account Specialists.




Salary and Benefits: 150-180k

REQUIREMENTS
''''''''' Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.)'with post graduate training in cardiovascular disease'and prior pharmaceutical experience in cardiovascular disease management.

''''''''' Strong clinical skills with a thorough understanding of the management of patients with cardiovascular disease. Direct cardiovascular patients care experience is preferred.
