Reporting into consumer marketing group AVP, responsibilities include:
. Provide media planning and buying direction to brand teams
. Communicate s-a media planning and buying direction to external agencies
. Provide guidance to the brand teams on most effective and appropriate media and buying strategies
. Provide high quality, effective and efficient consumer media plans and buying activities
. Oversee implementation of all consumer media plans and buying activities
. Accomplish responsibilities in a fiscally responsible fashion working within departmental budgetary restrictions
. Provide multidimensional media technical expertise
. Facilitate multi-dimensional approach to media planning
. Introduce new media approaches and technology to the table
. Ensure all ethical, legal and regulatory requirements and standards on all media practices are adhered to
. Function as Consumer Marketing Group in-house technical expert on media planning and buying activities
REQUIREMENTS
. Bachelor's Degree
. Extensive media planning and buying experience in on and off-line capacities.
. Ability to assess general advertising plans and lead generation plans.
. Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness of plans.
. Versed in new media landscape and demonstrated ability to bring new technology solutions to the table.
. Strong leadership skill, presentation skills, innovative thinker, business minded, ability to adapt the media landscape to business building solutions.
. 10+ years experience in a media capacity with experience in (general advertising, Print, on-line and lead generation.
. Client or agency experience welcome.
