Manager/Senior Manager Trade Operations

Represent Trade Operations on implementation of I.S. projects including the development and implementation of the Xenon and TAM systems to support the DPA project. Work collaboratively with Finance, Supply Chain, and Senior Director of Trade Administration to manage the month-end, quarter-end, year-end close process and analyze monthly sales forecasts. Train, manage and develop the Trade Operations Analyst Team. Work with Trade Account Managers to implement DPA score carding with major strategic accounts. Manage receipt of DPA related data and validation activities. Participate in quarterly scorecard update meetings.Role ResponsibilitiesManage the Trade Operations Inventory Analyst Team to insure appropriate channel inventory.
Project lead for Trade I.S. projects including the development and implementation of the Xenon and TAM systems to support the DPA project.
Train, manage and develop the Trade Operations Supervisor.
Design Xenon/TAM reporting capabilities, and work with software vendor to create, test, and implement.
Work in collaboration with the Senior Director of Trade Administration and the Director of Trade Operations to direct vendor activities.
Manage data validation activities.
Work with Trade Account Managers to implement DPA score carding with major strategic accounts. Also participate in quarterly score card update meetings.
Manage DPA process for account teams.Management Responsibility:Manage and develop 3 Trade Operation Analysts
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
BA or BS Degree, Economics, I.T., Finance or Accounting, MBA preferredExperience:
7 - 10 Years Business Experience with emphasis on Trade, Contracting, Customer Service or EDI
3+ Years Managerial experienceProfessional Skills:Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills.
Auditable accuracy in work product
Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation experience
Ability to coach, train and counsel associates
Strong training and presentation skills
Excellent PC skills including Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Proficiency in SQL and EDI highly preferredLanguage:
