Manager

Position Responsibilities

1. Line management of ITA product line operations in Columbus. This group responds to a broad spectrum of classified government requirements for in-depth international analytical work involving chemical, biological, industrial, financial, telecommunications and other subject areas. The responsibility encompasses a total full-time staff of 29 and hourly staff of 6, including program managers, research scientists, data analytics professionals, and administrative support staff.

2.Liaison between ITA and leadership in other NSD product lines, and between BSTI and other Battelle sectors to achieve maximum exposure of the skill sets available for project use and leverage organizational cross-marketing opportunities for maximum efficiencies.

3.Development of strategic direction for the operating group, including new initiatives, financial planning and performance goal fulfillment.

4.Marketing ITA's Columbus staff to all government client relationship managers and program managers within Battelle, and to potential government and industrial customers outside of the company.
Required Qualifications

1. Minimum of ten years experience in the IC, through government service or support to the community via the defense industry or a combination.

2. Line management experience, including performance evaluation preparation, project assignments, development of budgets and tracking of costs for a Battelle organization.

3. Project management and/or task lead experience with classified projects.

4. Current TS/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain clearance at this level.

5. Bachelor's degree in social sciences, management or a technical discipline.
