Lab Manager

An opening presently exists for a Lab Manager north of Los Angeles. The selected candidate will work in conjunction with the Lab Director to provide leadership and direction to the members of the CLS staff by organizing and supervising all laboratory and support staff functions. The selected candidate will also be responsible to provide technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory. Previous supervisory/management experience is a must. The selected candidate must posses the ability to manage 10 to 15 full time employees.

Day shift – Exempt Employee
Salary Range: $75,000 - 85,000 - 95,000. REQUIREMENTS

Must be ASCP or NCA certified
Must have at least 4 years of previous supervisory/management experience
Master's degree preferred
Must have California State CLS license
