Description & Requirements:

As an instructional designer, you are responsible for the strategic planning, writing, and editing of accurate and engaging content for pharmaceutical training programs (eg, print workbooks, workshops, e-learning). Requirements are as follows:

•BS/BA (MEd or MSIT preferred)
•2-3 years experience as an instructional designer (pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or medical device experience a plus)
•Strong writing, communication, and time management skills
•Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
•Able to succeed independently as well as collaboratively
•Able to effectively translate written content into visual descriptions (eg, animations, interactive charts and graphs, audio- and video-based scenarios)
•Able to interface with senior-level personnel in a client setting
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is flexible, creative, self-motivated, can communicate clearly, and can take direction.
