-The Infection Control Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of a hospital-wide infection control program, infection control surveillance, education, and monitoring trends
-Ensures compliance with JCAHO standards and federal, state, and county regulations
Responsible for coordination of the infection control committee
-Qualified candidates will have bachelor’s degree in a health related field, CIC certification, and at least two years experience in a leadership role; master’s prepared, registered nurse with acute care experience preferred.
-The successful candidate will be a team-oriented, change agent with a passion for excellence, a positive attitude and committed to continuous performance improvement
