Covance has developed and adopted a strategy for preventative project management that is applied to all clinical projects. Feasibility is an essential component of this model and the team works closely with other groups in PRAPS, particularly Risk Assessment and Project Informatics to support proactive management of each clinical project.In addition the holder of this role will provide general administrative support to the PRAPS team as required. It is anticipated that this will require 10-20% of time per week and will predominantly consist of supporting travel requirements for the team and co-ordination of team calendars and meeting bookings as required.Assist the Feasibility team in:
Identification of therapeutic area specialists
Conduct of the established feasibility process
Tabulation of Investigator responses with subsequent data analysis
Generation of summary report tables
Archiving of information for future use by feasibility teams.
Assist the PRAPS team in:
General administrative duties as requiredQualifications
Required: High School DiplomaPreferred: Some college education. Minimum of 1-year previous industry-related experienceComputer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook e-mail and internet services)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent proof-reading skills
Good time management skills with ability to consistently prioritize workload to accommodate multiple tasks and projects
