The Judge Group is in a search for a Drug Information Specialist for one of our clients located in the Richboro, Pa area.
Responsibilities
•Interact with health care professionals and consumers when contacted in search of product related information
•Analyze question, search available sources for information, and provide information to requestor; available sources may include prescribing information, standard database of documents, and primary published medical literature
•Support Field Sales by responding to professional information requests submitted on behalf of health care professionals
•Manage our drug information database system by reviewing existing standard documents on regular basis and creating new standard documents as necessary
•Identify and triage adverse event and medication error calls appropriately
•Work on other projects as assigned by management.
•Generate daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including technical/medical writing ability.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IRMS or other customer relationship management software
•Must have a B.S. degree and be licensed in pharmacy, nursing, or physician’s assistant with 1 to 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant clinical experience.
•Be highly motivated and be able to work in a challenging and fast-paced work environment.
