LEADING BIOPHARMA COMPANY IN THE IRVINE AREA is seeking a Documentation Coordinator Assistant I with minimum experience and at least an AA degree!

The Document Control Associate follows all procedures leading to compliant, valid, and documented release of drug or biologic product, by performing the following duties personally.


JOB REQUIREMENTS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Copy updated documents and organizing the DC Vault

Convert documents into PDF format and saving them on a CD

File RMS, TM, SOP, IPMS, FM, and BPRs, obtain approval signatures

File and organize various documents such as Oven/Autoclave records, Cleaning records, etc in binders

Compile BHRs

Create and update logs for various departments

Create a log for documents to be archived at outside storage facility

Make copies of BHRs for Clients

Update FM, BPRS, SOPs, TMs, RMSs

Help out with various administrative tasks in Document Control

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
