Director of QA & Regulatory Compliance

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Compliance Director needed for BioTech company in Santa Barbara County. This position will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company's quality systems and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, customer requirements, external regulations and standards (FDA), This includes internal and external auditing, training, document control, product complaints, and final technical review of commercial and clinical products. This individual makes recommendations for quality and compliance.


Requirements:

Position will require a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years in medical device, pharmaceutical or IVDD. Must have strong problem solving skills, and by able to manage multiple tasks. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess experience with ERP/MRP, MS Office, Outlook, and demonstrate strong analytical skills. Some travel required.
