A start-up pharmaceutical company is looking for a Director of Molecular Biology. This position is based in South San Francisco and will focus on drug delivery research targetting obesity and cholesterol. A background in inflammatory disease and oncology research is also beneficial but not required. Prior experience with Clinical Trials is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Technical expertise in method development (R&D)
* Strong technical writing skills (i.e. IND submissions and SOP creation)
* Ability to manage multiple drug research projects
* Strong presentation and analytical skills
* Prior management experience
* Advance degree in the Lifesciences (MS or Ph.D)
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
