Effectiveness of Infection Control programs in assigned facilities.
Effectiveness of Wound Management programs in assigned facilities.
Effectiveness of Infection Control/Wound Management Coordinators in assigned facilities.
Effectiveness of organization systems in assigned facilities.Implementation:
Assists facilities with design and implementation of an effective Infection Control program.
Assists facilities with design and implementation of an effective Wound Management Program.
Assists facilities with development and implementation of systems to promote quality resident care.Education:
Provides education to new Infection Control/Wound Management nurses.
Provides ongoing education to Infection Control/Wound Management nurses.
Provides education to facilities on new rules and regulations related the provision of quality resident care.Monitoring:
Compliance to Infection Control/Wound Management programs.
Effectiveness of Infection Control programs.
Effectiveness of Wound Management programs.
Performance and educational needs of Infection Control/Wound Management Nurses.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience in Infection Control/Wound ManagementMust have experience in systems implementation/management
Corporate oversight experience preferred.
Certification preferred.
