My client is a biopharmaceutical company promoting care through development, discovery and commercializing of small molecules in the and oncology and anti-infective space.

Job Description:
My client is looking for a hard-working, flexible and self-motivated person to lead business development efforts. This position will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, starting from company identification, developing relationships with key individuals, negotiating deals, and working with lawyers to close paperwork. Duties Include:
Creating pharmaceutical and biotech partnerships. Work on both in and Out Licensing deals.
Perform due diligence, work on contract negotiations, distribution agreements, and other collaborations.
Marketing new product planning
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5 years Pharmaceutical experience in a Business Development role (Partnerships, In/Out Licensing)
MUST HAVE STRONG PHARMA LICENSING EXPERIENCE AND DEAL SHEET
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Leadership skills
Must be flexible enough to handle many different duties simultaneously
Deal sheet showing history of successful deals closed

Preferences:
Ph.D/PharmD
MBA

Compensation: Manager $150,000 – $200,000 + Bonus and Benefits…etc.
