Customer Account Representative

CryoLife, Inc. currently has an opportunity for a Customer Account Representative in our corporate office in Kennesaw (NW Atlanta).Founded in 1984, CryoLife, Inc. was the first biomedical company to commercially develop low temperature preservation of implantable human tissues for cardiac, vascular and orthapaedic surgical reconstruction. CryoLife also produces BioGlue Surgical Adhesive, which is FDA approved as an adjunct to sutures and staples for use in open surgical repair of large vessels. The Company's proprietary processes have dramatically improved and enhanced the lives of tens of thousands of patients.
OBJECTIVE:
Provide customer service functions for physicians and hospitals using CryoLife allografts and BioGlue in the United States with emphasis on the Pacific Region.RESPONSIBILITIES:Process cardiovascular allograft and BioGlue orders.Manage and maximize the Cardiac and Vascular allograft inventories from specified procurement groups.Provide information and technical assistance to customers concerning CryoLife services, products, ordering procedures, etc.Communicate with Technical Reps, Region Managers, Product Managers, and Customer Service Manager to ensure that our customer’s needs are met.Perform clerical duties such a filing and reporting to Region Managers and Technical Reps of orders pending and shipped.Inform Technical Reps, Region Managers, Product Managers, and Customer Service Manager of any competitive information/activities.Generate additional revenue by contacting accounts within the territory to move surplus inventory.Cross train in processing of Orthopaedic tissue.Achieve monthly corporate goals with an emphasis on the Pacific Region.Provide excellent customer service to all customers.Problem solving skills.CryoLife offers competitive pay and benefits, which include: Health, Dental, Life, 401(k), Stock Purchase Plan, Tuition Reimbursement, Vacation Days and 10 Paid Holidays.To apply for this position, you must complete an online application at www.cryolife.com/employment/mainnew.htm and attach a resume in MS Word format. REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree.Excellent verbal and written skills.Computer Skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to work well under pressure.Able to work the 9:00am - 6:00pm with the flexibility to work 10:00am – 7:00pm shift as needed.Able to participate in the Customer Service on call schedule.Able to work a rotating on-call schedule.Excellent team player.Able to work with little direct supervision.Excellent time management skills.
