Clinical Project Management Assistant/Medical Assistant

A large pharmaceutical company is seeking a Project Management Assistant/Medical Assistant for an 18 month contract in Indianapolis, IN!

Full 40 hours/week position, first shift M-F. Pay rate is based on experience.

The Medical Assistant - Therapeutic Area (MA-TA), under varying levels of guidance and direction, provides technical support for a variety of medical tasks, performed by the Therapeutic Associates (TAs) and/or Clinical Research Scientists (CRSs). This includes, but is not limited to protocol development, study report preparation, formatting and editing medical slide kits, and working with the publication group to prepare posters and mini posters for presentations. The MA-TA is expected to be knowledgeable about policies and procedures related to the creation and approval of documents or presentations, be able to perform literature searches and obtain copies of articles and abstracts needed to provide the most current and accurate medical information available about our products and the associated disease states. Editorial and Technical Assistance includes edit and proofread documents for accuracy, including technical and/or scientific materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Requirements: Associates degree. Previous project management experience: project deliverable, project documentation, project support and logistics. Computer skills: CT-Man (Impact), Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,
Word. Expertise in DocMan (document management computer system) and Reference Manager. High-level end-user computer skills (i.e., word processing, tables, graphics spreadsheets, presentations, and templates) Excellent written communication skills. Must be able to work independently
