Summary:
Program Manager, Prevenar Developing World Project

Global Vaccines Business Unit
1. Provide Project Management support to Project Leader(s) and Project team; including co-ordination and management of Core Team Meetings, tracking and assessment of schedule performance, development and co-ordination of sub team reports (in conjunction with Sub Team Leads) and issuance of project notes & minutes.
2. Act as co-ordinator and project lead for the Project Team E-room, including the monitoring of data.
3. Prepare and support as appropriate Project Team presentations and briefings in regard to overall project performance.
4. In conjunction with other relevant departments, organize logistics and content for various external meetings including meetings with PneumoADIP, WHO, GAVI, Gates Foundation etc. and any other support for these meetings as required.
5. Provide market analysis, review critical data and prepare as appropriate reports and recommendations to support the activities for the project team.
6. Provide general support as requested by the Project Lead(s) for the various Project Team activities and goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
BA required. MBA preferred but not required. Ability to work in a matrix team environment and respond to tight timelines. At least two years of experience with Project Management. Desired Meeting Faciliatation Skills. At least 2 years of experience with Powerpoint.
