Chemistry Tech Specialist
A Chemistry Tech Specialist is needed in the Newark, DE area for a Clinical Diagnostics company that provides services and products to meet the day-to-day needs of clinical laboratories.
As a Chemistry Tech Specialist you will:Respond to phone inquiries pertaining to chemistry instrumentation by providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Initiate product complaint evaluations.
Interface with other diagnostic technical areas.
Occasional technical writing and instructional response.Various shifts are available.
This is a temp-to-hire position with competitive wages, based on experience. Once hired, salary range will be $34,000 to $81,000.
If you have a background as a Chemistry Medical Technician and/or a Bio-medical Engineer, you would be a good candidate for this position!
Previous employment for companies such as Roche, Bayer, Beckman / Coulter, Ortho or Olympus would also be helpful.
REQUIREMENTS
BS degree MT (ASCP) or equivalent 5 years clinical lab experience.Strong backgound in chemistry and quality control.
Electro / mechanical aptitude a plus.
Computer skills: MS Word and Lotus Notes.
Background as a Chemistry Medical Technician and/or a Bio-medical Engineer would be helpful.
Previous employment for companies such as Roche, Bayer, Beckman / Coulter, Ortho or Olympus is helpful.
