Biostatistician

ClinForce is currently seeking a Biostatistician in Cary, NC.
Successful candidate will provide experimental design and analysis support to preclinical, clinical and pharmaceutical development programs within King R & D. The integration of statistical science is an essential component of all drug development programs. The delivery of the highest possible quality data/information and statistical reasoning is the responsibility of this position as well as to:
Perform sample size calculation and justification of sample sizes
Write statistical sections of protocols and other regulatory documents
Participate on project teams as statistics subject matter expert (SME)
Plan for contingencies as these relate to experimental design and outcomes for research and drug development programs
Communicate statistical issues and solutions with pre-clinical, clinical and pharmaceutical development colleagues
Communicate daily with Senior Director, Statistics and Data Sciences to ensure optimal solutions for quality data
Provide statistical guidance support for regulatory communications as requested
Present ad-hoc analysis of data to answer and explore questions
Create randomization schedules for specific protocols
Guide statistical vendors who execute programs
Participate in FDA meetings as required
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years experience
MS Degree
