Excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator with a BioPharma company in the Orange County area!

Primary Responsibilities:

Operating and Maintaining Getinge Autoclave (19 cu ft)
Operating and Maintaining Gruenberg Oven (15 cu ft)
Operating Sartocheck 3 Filter Integrity Tester
Maintaining Cleanroom Facility and Equipment
Preparing Media and Buffers
Manually cleaning small parts and equipment
Performing daily monitoring of equipment
Preparing Glassware and Equipment for Production
Controlling and Tracking of Raw Material Inventory

Secondary Responsibilities:

Operating and Maintaining B. Braun 100L Fermentor (including CIP and SIP)
Operating and Maintaining B. Braun 400L Fermentor (including CIP and SIP)
Operating and Maintaining New Brunswick 30L Fermentor (including CIP and SIP)
Cell Culture (thaw, expansion, and maintenance)
Purification (Affinity, Size Exclusion, Ion Exchange)
Filtration (Sterile Filtration, Ultra Filtration, Viral Filtration)
Product Filling
